VGC values our staff and invests heavily in training and building up the skill of our engineers. Our engineers and supporting staff are constantly undergoing OJT, professional training from vendors and tertiary education, and regular vendor updates and information sharing with our professional IT consultants.

VGC has a team of experienced engineers, led by our CTO and senior engineers with years of hands-on field experience. Our engineers are well-trained to handle pre and post sales of our products, maintenance packages and services. We also have the backing of our vendors to support us on any technical requests and pre-requisites of the products.
